OEFS connects with the ocean energy community at ICOE 2026

From 5–7 October 2026, the ocean energy community came together in the Hague, the Netherlands, for the International Conference on Ocean Energy (ICOE) 2026. The event brought together professionals, researchers, industry representatives and other stakeholders to exchange knowledge, discuss developments and explore opportunities for cooperation across the sector.
OEFS took part in the event, using the opportunity to present the project and its activities and connect with stakeholders from across the ocean energy community. Over the three days, the OEFS team exchanged views with professionals working across different areas of the sector and gathered perspectives that can contribute to the project’s ongoing work.
The discussions held throughout the event provided useful input for the ongoing work of OEFS and offered an opportunity to better understand the views and experiences of those involved in ocean energy.
