Evidence generation, strategy and policy support (I)

  • Decision-grade evidence for the sectoral SET Plan forum, aligned with EU and national policy cycles and interoperable with SETIS/CETO
  • Co-created R&I roadmaps, barrier/standardization assessments, and market/value-chain and investment needs analysis using harmonized methods and KPIs
  • Recommendations through structured peer review and forum governance so outputs are immediately usable by authorities and industry, with the ETIP's support
  • Datasets and indicators under FAIR principles and data/API feeds and dashboards for dissemination and policy uptake

  • Participation in the SET Plan stakeholder forum through local, language-supported events in each partner's ecosystem
  • High-visibility EU-level convenings to consolidate priorities and barrier-removal proposals with policy actors
  • EU-wide audiences via a joint online events series ensuring accessibility, inclusiveness, and reuse of materials
  • Structured feedback and satisfaction metrics to inform continuous improvement and feed evidence to WP5

Dissemination, Exploitation, Communication & Sustainability

WP9

Dissemination, exploitation, communication and sustainability (I)

  • Policy-centered dissemination, exploitation and communication to ensure uptake of forum outputs by EU/national authorities, industry and civil society
  • Open access to non-confidential outputs with clear provenance, licensing and FAIR-compliant metadata
  • Coordination with WP7 events to align timing, messages and target audiences, and capture feedback for improvement
  • Sustainability and finance model for post-grant forum operation

Dissemination, exploitation, communication and sustainability (II)

  • Uptake of final forum outputs by EU/national authorities, industry, and civil society, aligned with the EU Finale in Brussels
  • Open access to non-confidential outputs with clear provenance, licensing and FAIR-compliant metadata
  • Dashboards and API feeds to SETIS/CETO
  • Timing and messaging with WP8 events; outcomes for reuse

Ethics requirements

  • Full compliance with the Horizon Europe ethics framework, GDPR and applicable national law for all activities involving personal data, recordings and stakeholder consultations
  • Ethics procedures and alignment with the Data Management Plan
  • Continuous guidance to WPs on ethics-by-design, compliance statement and evidence pack
