The vision of OEFS is to strengthen and organize the ocean energy sector by creating a structured and reliable way to bring together knowledge, data, and input from different stakeholders, such as industry, researchers, policymakers, and society, and turn them into clear, useful insights for decision-making.

In simple terms, it aims to bridge the gap between stakeholders and policy by producing evidence-based, transparent, and easy-to-use outputs that support better policies, investments, and sustainable growth of ocean energy across Europe, while also ensuring social inclusion and coordination between countries.
