OEFS Kick-Off Meeting Successfully Launched

On 9 April 2026, OEFS was officially launched with its online Kick-off meeting, hosted by the coordinating partner, Asociación Canaria de Energías Renovables (ACER). The meeting marked an important milestone, bringing together all consortium partners to align on the project’s objectives, roles, and next steps.
During the meeting, partners discussed the project’s strategic vision and key expected outcomes, with a strong focus on supporting the Ocean Energy Forum and advancing the development of ocean energy across Europe. The consortium also explored methodologies, stakeholder engagement strategies, and opportunities for collaborations, while addressing relevant EU policy developments and the sector’s future priorities.
